Tattoo Booking Form

Hi!

Thank you for your interest in booking a tattoo with me! Please read over my FAQ.

I am interested in doing: manga/anime panels, brushwork/watercolour, abstract colour & b/w freehand, and general spooky vibes. However, feel free to submit your idea if you’re unsure if your design fits.

Please be aware that I will no longer accept text tattoo requests or any placement that is on the hand or neck (including behind the ear).

If you are looking to book a touch up email soozytattoos@gmail.com with photos of your tattoo (optimally taken by someone else, straight on and in natural daylight.) and your availability.

If you have submitted a booking request and have not heard back from me in a week please DM me or send an email. My replies have been popping into junk/spam more often. To prevent this from happening, please add “soozytattoos@gmail.com” to your whitelist.
